Our Service Contracts are based upon specific needs, but
all of them emanate from a common foundation.
All systems are fully tested and documented at the start
of a contract. This provides an excellent reference point.
Each system undergoes an annual Preventative Maintenance
Visit where the following points are attended to:
• All equipment is checked off against the original
contract documentation
• The function of all equipment is tested for adequate
performance
• All cables are measured, where applicable, for equipment
loading against original contract documentation
• User documentation is checked, updated and replaced
as required
• System is fully tested for performance
• System is examined to ensure that it still meets the
requirements following any building or environmental changes
• A certificate is issued outlining the results of the
annual visit
